Ruby Fruits Sangria

Made using Del Monte's Naturally Light Ruby Fruits, which contains 50% less sugar, this recipe is a healthy and refreshing option. Divide recipe by four for a single serving.

Ruby Fruits Sangria


  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 60ml elderflower cordial
  • 240ml Del Monte Ruby Fruits Juice
  • Ice 
  • 300ml sparkling water
  • 4 lime wedges

Gather the ingredients.


Put the strawberries at the bottom of the glass and lightly crush with a fork.


Tear up the mint leaves and them add to the glass.


Add the elderflower cordial and Del Monte Naturally Light Ruby Fruits Juice.


To serve, add ice, a slice of lime and top up with sparkling water.
